Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data directly from the app.
From the app
- Open VSpot and sign in.
- Open your profile and go to Settings.
- Select “Delete account”.
- Review the information and confirm your request.
Pending operations
Payments, bookings, claims or legal obligations may require additional steps or limited retention. Data required by law is kept only for the applicable period.
If you cannot sign in
Email contact.desapli@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and request account deletion. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
